High Definition Fabric Print

1. Flexible sizes are available from 3’ x 3‘ up to 10’ x 40’, with larger sizes possible after our production department reviews the requested specifications.
2. High definition printing is done using a Dupont Artistri 2020 digital textile printer and fashion-quality, water-based inks (which are environmentally friendly).
3. The fabric is a Decotex matte white polyester, fire safe material.
4. We heat set the ink on the fabric using a Klieverik calendaring machine to ensure the image printed is color-fast and fade resistant.
5. We carefully calibrate the size of the fabric using proprietary formulas so the printed fabric will fit precisely into its frame.
6. We hand sew a silicone rubber strip onto the perimeter of the fabric print.
7. For double-sided ImageXchange systems, a light blocker material is automatically included on one of the fabric prints at no additional cost. Light blocker material can be added to other ImageXchange prints, single-sided or double-sided, for an additional cost.
8. The fabric print is lightweight and is shipped folded to minimize shipping costs.
9. Because the fabric print is easily installed into the Matrix Frame, even the largest ImageXchange fabric print can be installed by one person, minimizing the installation costs. Additionally, one person can easily remove and exchange the fabric print in the Matrix Frame.
10. The fabric print is fade-resistant and washable.
11. The fabric print reduces environmental noise, does not reflect light and can be easily illuminated.
12. The fabric print is 100% recyclable using polyester material and water-based inks, but the rubber strip would need to be removed before recycling.
    

Artwork Submission & File Set-Up

1. See the separate instructions for submitting artwork to Graphics Gallery for fabric printing.
2. We carefully assess all artwork submitted to ensure it will meet our client’s expectations: This includes checking or adjusting, if appropriate:
   1. Resolution of images, including graphic and text
   2. Scalability of images to achieve required size of fabric print
   3. Richness of colors to be printed
3. We will confirm with the client that their image will print, as expected, including providing a PDF proof or a small fabric proof, as appropriate.

Matrix Frame^TM Framing System

1. The frame, created by Matrix Frame, is imported from The Netherlands, and is fabricated from strong, but lightweight aluminum.
2. The frame profile options are: slim profile single sided (profile of frame is only 0.63" high) or standard profile frame, single sided (profile of frame is 1.025" high) or double- sided (profile of frame is 1.255" high)
3. The frame size options are: slim profile frame up to 3' x 3'; standard profile frame up to 10' x 40' (larger frame lengths can be accommodated, but require prior approval by production department).
4. We precision-cut frames to exact dimensions using an Italian 3C automated miter saw.
5. Frames come with all necessary corner connectors and linear connectors & support brackets/bars, as needed, depending on the size of Image Billboard System.
6. Frames are assembled and tested with the fabric print to
   insure a proper fit.
7. Frames are shipped unassembled to minimize shipping costs.
8. Instructions for assembly of frame and insertion of the fabric print are included with every shipment. Also see the video found on the ImageXchange system page which shows how easy it is to assemble and install the fabric into the frame.
9. Because the frames are lightweight and easy to assemble, even the largest Image billboard systems can usually be installed by a single person, keeping the installation costs to a minimum.
10. Frames are 100% aluminum and totally recyclable.
11. The ImageXchange billboard system is very versatile and can be freestanding using support feet (an option), mounted to a wall using either a special mounting bracket (an option) that allows the Image system to be quickly removed and re-hung or hung from a ceiling using a variety of means, including simple eye-hooks (which we can supply). As an option, we can pre-drill holes for the required mounting hardware, so the Image system is ready for immediate on-site installation.
